Icepops that are healthy and stop you feeling sick when pregnant – an intriguing thought! Most of us remember icepops from when we were children – they cost 2p from the shop and came in all kinds of bright colours. I could never open mine with my teeth and it used to really frustrate me! So – when I gave out the boxes of Lillipops to my pregnant testers, I got the kind of reaction I expected. They thought it was slightly odd and very sceptical of whether or not it would work. But – when the review period was over, there were some interesting comments.

"I haven’t suffered with morning sickness particularly although I do feel a bit queasy sometimes, it just never comes to anything. I started to have an icepopeach time I felt that queasiness and I found it really helped. I have had a couple a day and really enjoyed them"
Zoe
“I was sick as a dog with my first pregnancy and I was sick as a dog with this one. I wish I had had Lillipops when I was pregnant first time round. They took the horrible sickliness away and left a lovely taste in my mouth rather than a really vile one. Am recommending them to everyone I meet who is pregnant!"
Carlie
"Get me another box Sue! Lovely! Really natural flavours, take away that horrible dry feeling in your mouth . Hard to believe that they are so natural because you feel like you are eating something really naughty!"

When I first received the Lillipops I was a little unsure about the flavors as I read them on the box. They seemed a little unusual and as I was suffering with sickness I was a little scared they might make me feel worse but as they were intended to help with this problem I was looking forward to trying them out. The next day after leaving them in the freezer over night I decided to try one mid morning and I have to say I was impressed and surprised at how nice they tasted. After trying all of the flavors over the next few days there wasn't even one flavor I didn't like. The Lillipops didn't actually help with my morning/all day sickness but they didn't make my feel sick when I was eating them and I never felt sick at the thought of having one as I did with other food. They were actually quite pleasant to suck when I couldn't eat anything else. They sounded unusual on first reading but they were nice tasting and refreshing and I found all of the lillipops nice to use. I ate one several times a day, sometimes when other foods made me feel sick I would eat one of these instead. Overall I am very happy with this product and enjoyed eating them. I would use them again and would be happy to recommend them to a friend. Fiona Riddell – Baby Not Yet Born

I thought the product was a great idea. The concept is really good it helps you think of something else apart from feeling sick. At first look I didn't think I would like them all but they are actually all really nice. Chamomile and orange was my favorite flavor and I found the lollipops worked very well with my morning sickness. I think they are of excellent quality but I am not sure if they are good value for money, it seems a bit expensive. But I would buy them, especially in this hot weather because they are so refreshing. Overall, I found using the lollipops a great experience. I will definitely be buying more but it would be great if they were a little less expensive. I love them! Kirsten Mitchell – Baby Not Born Yet
